East Sussex Classic Wedding Cars for Hire

These terms and conditions are shown to prevent confusion over the service provided by East Sussex Classic Wedding Cars.

1. Payment terms: A deposit of £100 is payable at the time of booking with the balance due 30 days prior to the wedding date.
2. Cancellation: In the event of cancellation the deposit will be forfeited and if 30 days or less before the booked date the full fee will be forfeited.
3. Travel: Collection from the Bride’s home or hotel to a combined or separate ceremony and reception venue depending on the service booked. Additional journeys are by prior arrangement and may be subject to extra cost.
4. Viewing and booking: Viewings are welcomed by appointment. Should you wish to book the car we will provide you with a firm quotation for agreement prior to booking which is subject to revision should your requirement change.

I am  fully insured however, my insurance does not cover the following: 

• Customers to drive our vehicle(s) unless a separate arrangement has been made.
• Loss or damage to customer possessions.
• Consequential losses, delays or missed events.
• If I am unable to provide you with the service booked due to any unforeseen circumstances like a mechanical issue or illness I will refund you in full.

I suggest you take out wedding insurance to cover any unfortunate circumstances that may crop up.

After receipt of the completed booking form and deposit your booking is considered ‘firm’ and entered onto our calendar.
